Owners across Hendesi Heriz colors and versions praise easy washing and the pattern; color shifts, mostly in Cream, and isolated fading, fraying or shrinkage are cautions

Room×Lab read 5,328 distinct written owner reviews that Ruggable shares across the Hendesi Heriz collection: this tufted Bordeaux rug, other colors such as Cream and Sage, the flatwoven versions and the older two-piece cover-and-pad rug. Findings about one color or construction are labelled where they appear. Every review quoted below is from a buyer Ruggable identifies as a verified owner; Ruggable offers reviewers a 15% next-order discount. The reviews below were picked to show the most common praise, easy washing, and the main complaints about washing, color and the older two-piece rug; 182 of 5,332 ratings are one or two stars.

Room×Lab rating: 8.2 out of 10 (limited confidence). Across Hendesi Heriz colors and versions, owners report spills and pet accidents washing out in a home machine, which carries the score; 5,332 ratings average 4.71. Isolated fraying, fading and shrinkage after washing, color shifts mostly in Cream, and uneven support hold it back.

  • Washing is what owners praise most: 2,063 favorable mentions; 167 concerns — Owners often report spills, stains and pet accidents washing out in a home machine. A smaller group, across colors and constructions, describes curling, shrinkage, slow drying, fading or dye transfer after washing; one owner saw the pattern fade substantially and the dye transfer after a single wash.
  • The pattern appeals, but perceived color can shift: 1,070 favorable mentions; 229 concerns — Owners often liked the rich, traditional design. Most color complaints concern the Cream version reading gray, green, silver or pink; one owner also noticed tonal differences between the flatwoven and tufted versions.
  • Durability trends well, with isolated wear failures: 355 favorable mentions; 116 concerns — Owners credit the rugs with handling pets, children and foot traffic. Fraying, loose threads, fading and shrinkage after washing appear in isolated reports spread across colors and constructions.

Before buying

Check that your size fits your washer and dryer, since Ruggable says tufted rugs may need a second drying cycle, and skip a rug pad: this one-piece rug is not compatible with one. Judge the Bordeaux tones in your room within the 30-day return window.
