Room×Lab Review · Review updated August 28, 2026

Across Camellia rugs, Jade included, owners praise easy washing and the floral colors; curled edges, sliding and washing large sizes draw complaints

Room×Lab read 2,596 distinct written owner reviews shown on the Camellia Jade page, where 2,597 ratings average 4.71. These reviews cover the whole Camellia range: Jade, Currant and Midnight, in tufted and flatwoven versions, plus older two-piece rugs. The counts below are for the whole range, not Camellia Jade alone. 132 of the reviews are recent. The reviews below show the most common praise beside the most common complaints; praise far outnumbers complaints.

Room×Lab rating: 8.1 out of 10 (limited confidence). Camellia owners, Jade among them, praise easy washing and the floral look; these reviews span every Camellia color and construction. Recurring complaints cover curled or rippling edges, sliding, return fees and slow service replies.

  • Washing is the standout benefit across Camellia rugs: 964 favorable mentions; 74 concerns — Owners often valued washing out messes from pets, children and heavy traffic. Complaints: edges curling, rugs shrinking or wrinkling, difficult drying, and large sizes being hard to handle.
  • The floral palette usually wins Camellia owners over: 735 favorable mentions; 66 concerns — Owners frequently liked the pattern and how its colors tie a room together. Some found the rug that arrived brighter, darker or a different tone than it looked online.
  • Fit usually works; edges and alignment draw complaints: 282 favorable mentions; 193 concerns — Complaints: covers not lining up with the pad in older two-piece versions, overhang, rippling or curled edges, and large sizes being harder to position.

Before buying

Check that your washer can take the size you want; the tufted rug cannot use standard rug pads. Across Camellia rugs, some owners report curled edges, sliding on hard floors, colors unlike the photos and costly returns.
