Cotton Fisherman Pillow Cover (Set of 2)

Room×Lab Review · Review updated August 28, 2026 · Evidence rechecked August 29, 2026

Owners of these 20-inch covers praise the soft, chunky knit; several preferred larger inserts, and care is dry clean only

Room×Lab read 216 distinct written owner reviews of the Cotton Fisherman Pillow Cover. Quince shows the same reviews and the same 225 ratings on the single cover and this set of two, so the counts on this page cover both. Every written review carries verified-owner and incentivized tags. Owners mostly describe the knit's feel and look, color, insert fit and care. The six reviews below were posted on the set-of-two listing between 2023 and 2026. We picked four complaints that each describe a specific fault and two five-star reviews praising the soft knit; 199 of the 225 ratings are five stars.

Room×Lab rating: 8.3 out of 10 (limited confidence). Owners consistently praise the soft knit, chunky texture and high-end look for the price. The caveats: dry-clean-only care, several owners preferring 22- or 24-inch inserts for a full shape, and a few isolated construction failures.

• Softness and visual texture: 64 favorable comfort and 100 favorable finish mentions, single cover and set combined — Owners repeatedly described the knit as soft and cozy and praised its chunky, room-enhancing texture. Individual shade preferences varied, with some colors appearing brighter, more orange, or more tan than expected.
• Construction is usually praised: 144 favorable durability mentions and 9 concerns, single cover and set combined — Most construction feedback was favorable. The exceptions: one zipper clasp broke during the first insertion, and one owner using the stated insert size saw the covers stretch and sag, then rip at one edge and unravel at another.
• Fullness and care require planning: 15 favorable and 7 critical fit mentions; 14 favorable and 6 critical care mentions — Several owners preferred 22- or 24-inch inserts for a full 20-inch cover; one found even a 22-inch insert left the cover droopy, and another saw the knitted front sag over time while the back stayed fitted. Home-washing reports conflict, so follow Quince's dry-clean-only label.

Before buying

Choose these covers for their soft, chunky knit if dry-clean-only care suits you, and plan on a 22- or 24-inch insert: several owners found the covers slack on a 20-inch form, and one found a 22-inch insert still left them droopy.
