Owners across colors and both sizes praise the quilted linen's look and softness, with isolated reports of pilling, tearing or warm fill

Room×Lab read all 242 distinct written reviews Quince shows for the European Linen Box Quilted Sham Set; Quince labels every one as from a verified owner and incentivized. Quince shows reviews of every color and of both the Standard and King sizes together, so the counts and ratings on this page cover the whole sham set range, not the Standard set alone. The reviews below show the main complaints, from heat and pilling to a torn sham and a wrong-size delivery, beside typical praise. Complaints are far rarer than this mix suggests: 233 of the 245 ratings are five stars.

Room×Lab rating: 8.5 out of 10 (limited confidence). Owners across colors and both sizes praise the shams' color, finish, softness and fit, giving the set a 4.92 average from 245 ratings. Isolated reports of pilling, tearing, seam failure, warm polyester fill and wrong-size or wrong-color deliveries keep it below top tier.

• Color and finish lead the praise: 112 favorable mentions; 9 concerns — Across colors and both sizes, appearance was the strongest recurring theme. The 9 concerns cover wrong-color deliveries, color that differed from photos, and a texture mismatch with an earlier quilt.
• Comfort and fit usually deliver: 53 favorable comfort mentions; 23 favorable fit mentions — Owners often described the shams as soft, cozy, comfortable, and well fitting. Individual comments still raised scratchiness, heat from the polyester fill, inconsistent measurements, or wrong-size delivery.
• Durability is mostly favorable, with isolated failures: 40 favorable durability mentions and 6 concerns; 17 favorable care mentions and 2 concerns — Owners reported successful washing and stain removal, and one said a difficult spill washed out with the shams still close to new. Individual owners described a sham tearing apart after about nine months, pilling despite following the care directions, loose threads, seam failure, fading after warmer washing, and bulky laundering.
