Across Outer's wicker seating, owners praise comfort and wicker holding up for seasons; built-in covers stop dew, not storms

Room×Lab read all 458 distinct written reviews of the Outer Wicker Seating Collection, shown on the Handwoven Brown Wicker Outdoor Loveseat and three-seat brown wicker sofa pages. Written from February 2019 to November 2025 and rated three, four or five stars, they cover loveseats, sofas, sectionals, chairs and other pieces, so their counts describe the whole collection. The owners below who state a period had used theirs from under a year to several years. We picked two owners' praise after two or more years and four reviews with specific complaints; across the collection, complaints are far less common than praise.

Room×Lab rating: 8.7 out of 10 (medium confidence). Two hands-on tests of this loveseat praise its comfort and two-chair layout. Owners across Outer's wicker seating report wicker and frames holding up over several seasons. The caveats: cushions that compress or slide, a deep seat and low back for upright sitters, and covers that let driven rain through.

  • Comfort suits lounging more than upright sitting: 277 reviews praise comfort; 12 raise comfort concerns, across all wicker seating — Owners often praise the seating for lounging. The concerns name cushions that compress or slide forward, seats that feel too deep, heat or scratchiness, and too little low-back support. A mixed review can count on both sides.
  • Built-in covers help with dew, but not every weather or debris problem: 79 mentions favor the built-in covers; 18 raise cover concerns, across all wicker seating — Owners value the attached covers for keeping dew and routine debris off. The concerns: driven rain getting through, mildew, staining, upkeep of white fabric, and debris caught in the wicker. Several satisfied owners still use a separate full cover.
  • Owners report wicker and frames holding up over several seasons: 79 mentions describe it holding up; 6 raise durability concerns, across all wicker seating — Owners describe frames, wicker and appearance holding up over time. Among the concerns, one owner's cushions degraded within a year and another's optional full cover lost its waterproofing after two winters; each is a single report.

Before buying

Check the loveseat's 74-inch width (103 for the three-seat sofa), 29-inch seat depth and 16-inch back height if you like to sit upright, and plan on a full cover for storms, heavy tree debris or long wet spells.
