Rosehip Orange owners praise comfort and color; some Angle owners across colors report sagging fabric, worn padding and loose legs

Room×Lab read all 195 distinct written reviews on Article's Angle lounge-chair listings, drawn from 247 ratings; 18 are recent and 177 are older. Article shares these reviews across current and past Angle colors, including Rosehip Orange, Denim Blue and Hemlock Green, so every count here covers the Angle lounge chair in all colors, not Rosehip Orange alone. The reviews below show three Rosehip Orange owners' praise and caveats, then three serious durability complaints from across Angle colors, one after about 2.5 years. Only 11 of the 247 ratings are one or two stars.

Room×Lab rating: 7.8 out of 10 (limited confidence). Rosehip Orange owners praise the comfort, color and easy assembly, and Angle owners across colors echo the comfort and compact fit. The caveats, also across colors: seat fabric that sagged or loosened, worn padding, legs that kept loosening, and uneven help with replacement parts.

  • Comfort (all Angle colors): 93 favorable mentions; 17 concerns — Across all Angle colors, owners often liked the roomy, reclined sit, but a smaller group found the seat hard or the back and lumbar padding too thin.
  • Color and finish (all Angle colors): 81 favorable mentions; 19 concerns — Color and styling drew strong praise across Angle colors. Among the concerns, a Rosehip Orange owner found the fabric more faded and the dark-stained legs less attractive than in the photos; others found the shade or upholstery differed from the photography.
  • Durability (all Angle colors): 13 favorable mentions; 9 concerns — The concerns include successive replacement chairs that developed sagging, bunched fabric under light use; loose seat fabric and worn padding after about 2.5 years; and, on a chair bought in 2022, legs that kept loosening until one separated from the frame.

Before buying

Judge the Rosehip Orange in your own lighting (one owner found it more faded than the photos) and accept a sewn-in seat cushion. Across colors, owners report sagging fabric and loose legs, so ask Article about replacement legs and parts before ordering.
