Room×Lab Review · Review updated August 28, 2026

Natural mirror owners praise the full-length scale and price, but delivery drew 69 concerns, including shattered glass and repeat failed shipments

Room×Lab read all 200 distinct written Target guest reviews of the Natural mirror, posted from September 2020 through June 2026: 26 recent and 174 older. The Black version is sold and reviewed separately, so reviews from its owners are not counted here. The reviews below run from one to five stars. We picked them to show the delivery outcomes owners discuss most, from shattered glass to well-packed arrivals, and the frame-gap and hook faults some owners found.

Room×Lab rating: 6.7 out of 10 (limited confidence). Natural mirror owners praise the full-length scale, natural-wood look and value. The caveats: damaged and shattered deliveries recur, some units arrive with frame gaps, cracked joints or distorted reflections, and returning a broken oversized shipment can be hard work.

  • Delivery is the biggest ownership risk: 34 favorable mentions; 69 concerns — Of the 200 Target reviews, 79 discussed delivery, with outcomes ranging from intact, well-protected arrivals to shattered glass, repeat failed shipments, and difficult returns.
  • The scale and price create much of the appeal: Value: 60 favorable mentions and 7 concerns; size and fit: 56 favorable mentions and 19 concerns — Owners often liked the full-length proportions and upscale appearance for the price, while poor fit, difficult handling, distortion, or defects undermined that value for others.
  • Construction quality varies by unit: 14 favorable mentions; 21 concerns — Among 39 reviews discussing durability, sturdy and substantial units appeared alongside reports of frame gaps, cracked joints, backing problems, fragile construction, and glass damage.

Before buying

Measure the space and the route in. Owners report shattered arrivals and frame gaps, and one had to redrill the hooks: unbox at once and check the glass, frame joints, backing and rear hooks. Confirm which wall or anti-tip hardware is included.
