East Bluff Woven Drawer Console Table

Room×Lab Review · Review updated September 1, 2026

Owners report easy assembly and a polished look; dents, cracks and other arrival damage are the clearest recurring risk

Room×Lab read 521 distinct written Target owner reviews of the East Bluff console table, covering both the black and brown versions, from August 2020 through August 2026. They sit among 871 Target star ratings averaging 4.36. On long-term wear, 27 mentions say it held up and 15 describe wear. The six reviews below include more low ratings than the reviews overall.

Room×Lab rating: 7.5 out of 10 (medium confidence). Owners of this table praise easy assembly, useful proportions and a look many say seems more expensive than it is. The caveats: arrival damage such as dents and cracks recurs, as do drawer problems, long-term reports are mixed, and returning or exchanging a table this large can be cumbersome.

• Assembly is usually straightforward: 213 favorable mentions; 29 concerns — Quick setup with few major pieces was common among owners. The exceptions involved misaligned holes, wrong hardware counts, missing parts or incorrectly drilled panels.
• Arrival condition is the clearest recurring risk: 72 favorable mentions; 103 concerns — Many owners describe secure packaging and intact pieces, but more report dents, scratches, cracked drawers, broken supports or crushed corners when the table arrived.
• Long-term durability is mixed: 27 favorable mentions; 15 concerns — Some owners report the table holding up well with use. Concerns include easy denting, scratches and paint loss, and one owner's top bowed in the center after about a year under only a lamp and an orchid.

Before buying

Choose it for easy assembly and a narrow, polished look, but check every panel and drawer for dents, cracks and misalignment on delivery. The black version has a particle-board top; the brown has a wood-veneer top.
