Luxury Organic Cotton Bed Blanket

Room×Lab Review · Review updated September 1, 2026

Across all sizes, owners praise softness and generous drape; a minority report shedding, pilling after washing, or loops snagged by pets

Room×Lab read 404 distinct written owner reviews on Quince, all marked verified-owner and incentivized by Quince. Quince sells the Twin, Full/Queen and King/Cal King sizes in every color on one listing, and few reviews name a size or color, so the counts here cover all sizes and colors, not the Twin alone. Most reviews are favorable. The six below were picked to show the specific complaints owners raise (odor, shedding, pilling) next to praise from owners who wash it often or have pets on the bed, so they are not a vote.

Room×Lab rating: 8.2 out of 10 (medium confidence). Across all sizes, owners praise the softness, generous drape and value. The caveat is durability: most washing reports were favorable, but a minority described shedding, pilling, fabric pulling apart, and loops caught by pet claws.

• Softness wins broad approval, but feel remains subjective: 154 favorable comfort mentions; 8 concerns — Across all sizes and colors, owners commonly described a soft, comfortable hand. A few instead found the blanket rough, not soft enough, or heavier than expected.
• Generous bed coverage is a recurring strength: 64 favorable size-and-fit mentions; 9 concerns — Across all sizes, owners often reported ample drape at the sides and foot, including on deep mattresses. One owner found it too large on a lower-profile platform bed.
• Most laundering reports are favorable, but surface damage is credible: 68 favorable care mentions and 7 concerns; 23 favorable durability mentions and 17 concerns — Across all sizes, many owners reported good washing and shape retention, including one with two dogs on the bed. Individual owners described persistent lint, widespread pilling after two or three washes, fabric that pulled apart and shed, or loops caught by pet claws.

Before buying

Check the Twin's 68" W x 88" L against your bed, and wash it before use as Quince instructs. Across all sizes most owners find it soft, but a minority report rapid pilling, persistent shedding, or loops caught by pet claws.
