Owners across White Oak, Walnut and earlier listings praise the looks, solidity and smooth drawers; shallow drawers and the interlock draw complaints

Room×Lab read 589 distinct written owner reviews that Article shows with this dresser. Article displays reviews of the Lenia six-drawer dresser together across White Oak, Walnut and earlier listings, so these are not of White Oak alone. Comments on construction, drawers and the interlock apply to both finishes; comments on color, grain and veneer name the finish wherever the owner gave it. Few owners describe use beyond the first year. The reviews below show the common praise, the main complaints (shallow drawers and the interlock) and two individual faults, so they are more critical than the reviews overall: 537 of 589 give four or five stars.

Room×Lab rating: 7.8 out of 10 (medium confidence). Owners of this dresser in White Oak, Walnut and earlier listings praise its looks, solidity and smooth drawers. The caveats: drawers several found shallower than expected, an interlock some find frustrating, jams and lockouts in one Reddit thread, occasional chipped veneer, and few accounts past the first year.

  • Overall owner sentiment: 537 favorable mentions; 178 concerns — Across the 589 written reviews Room×Lab read for White Oak, Walnut and earlier listings, owners most often praise the dresser’s appearance, solidity and smooth drawer action. Concerns center on shallow drawers, the interlock, damage and occasional finish problems.
  • Size and usable storage: 70 favorable mentions; 43 concerns — Feedback on size and fit leaned positive, but several otherwise happy owners said the drawers were shorter or shallower than expected; one White Oak owner said the short drawers limited how clothing could be stacked.
  • Durability: 26 favorable mentions; 35 concerns — Some owners said the dresser stayed sturdy beyond a year. Concerns covered chipped or peeling veneer, with one owner of an earlier Lenia listing reporting chips in several places within the first year of ordinary use, plus cracked drawers and manufacturing damage. No single defect repeated across these reports.

Before buying

Measure folded stacks against the 5.25–6-inch drawer heights several owners found shallow, plan for a 176-lb case and wall anchoring, and decide whether an interlock that opens one drawer per side at a time suits your routine.
