Room×Lab Review · Review updated August 29, 2026

Reya owners praise its comfort and sculptural curve, though several find the seat firm; delivery problems and occasional finish flaws lead the complaints

Room×Lab read all 102 distinct written Reya Curved Sectional reviews on Rove Concepts, dated November 2021 through July 2026: 92 five-star and 10 four-star. The store shows no reviews below four stars. Rove publishes no product-review policy; its Host Program terms cover reviews of Hosts and Guests and let Rove monitor, refuse or remove reviews, and Rove does not say whether they apply to product reviews. The reviews span every upholstery and both chaise orientations; few describe several years of use. The six reviews below are examples, not a tally: three five-star accounts of comfort, cleaning and delivery, and three four-star reviews that name specific faults.

Room×Lab rating: 7.9 out of 10 (medium confidence). Owners praise the Reya's comfort and dramatic curve, though several find the seat firm; delivery trouble and finish flaws lead the complaints. Long-term durability varies by upholstery, and few owners describe several years of use.

  • Comfort comes with a firm-seat qualifier: 20 favorable comfort mentions; 1 concern — Owners describe comfortable lounging and long sessions on the Reya, but several call the seat firm or very firm; a Pearl owner reviewing in December 2025 counted the very firm seat as a plus. Firmness reads as preference rather than a defect, so sample before ordering if you want a soft seat.
  • Upholstery looks are praised; four separate material and tailoring complaints: 13 favorable color or finish mentions; 4 concerns — Owners often like the upholstery's look and feel. Each complaint is one owner's report: thin fabric, persistent wrinkles, crooked stitching, and substantial pilling on vegan suede in a January 2023 review. Results vary by material, so sample the one you plan to order.
  • Delivery is the clearest recurring friction point: 18 delivery mentions; 8 concerns — Many deliveries went well, but owners also describe delays, missed appointments, a carrier that was hard to reach, sectionals that arrived dirty or misaligned, handling marks, white-glove service that fell through, and shipping damage.

Before buying

Sample your upholstery, measure for the 131.9-inch curve and expect a firmer seat than Rove's medium rating. Confirm return eligibility: owners cite costly exchanges and returns, and one sectional arrived dirty and misaligned.
