Room×Lab Review · Review updated August 28, 2026

Owners praise the linen's texture, drape and value; some received short panels or twisting seams, or shades that differ from photos

Room×Lab read all 641 distinct written owner reviews among Quince's 663 ratings, dated July 2022 through August 2026. They are shared across the colors, sizes and lining options sold on this page, so the counts below cover every size, not only the 48-by-84-inch panel; reviews of the separate grommet-top curtain are not included. Quince labels every one verified and incentivized. Most ratings are five stars (597 of 663). The reviews below show the specific complaints owners describe, which are much less common than praise, plus two positive accounts, one after several years of use.

Room×Lab rating: 8.5 out of 10 (medium confidence). Owners overwhelmingly praise the linen's texture, drape and value. The caveats: some panels arrived shorter or narrower than listed or with seams that twist, shades can differ from photos or between orders, and a few sun-facing sides faded. Room×Lab rates from owner reviews, not hands-on testing.

  • Color, texture, and visual finish: 199 favorable mentions; 35 concerns, across all sizes and colors — Owners credit the linen's texture and the elevated look it gives a room. The concerns are colors that differ from online photos, shades that vary between orders, and a few reports of sun-facing sides fading.
  • Value: 160 favorable mentions; 12 concerns, across all sizes and colors — Owners often call these natural-linen panels an affordable alternative to pricier linen curtains; a repeat buyer of Dark Flax panels found the natural-material construction unusually affordable. That value depends on receiving panels with sound seams and the expected color.
  • Sizing and fit: 35 favorable mentions; 20 concerns, across all sizes and colors — Most comments on fit are favorable, but individual owners reported short panels (an owner of the 84-inch length measured every panel short, generally about 81–82 inches), narrow or uneven panels, and panels longer in the middle. Measure each panel before hemming or fixing the rod height.

Before buying

Measure each panel before hemming or setting the rod (some arrived short or narrow), check the shade in your room, and choose a lining for night privacy. Panels are sold singly, are dry clean only, and have faded on some sunny windows.
