Sven 100-inch right sectional owners, across its leathers, praise comfort and color but report flattening cushions and leather wear over years

Room×Lab read all 416 distinct written owner reviews on Article's listing for the Sven 100-inch right sectional, dated November 2015 through August 2026, alongside 568 total ratings; 319 of the 416 give five stars. Article may show reviews of similar products in other colors, fabrics or finishes, so these reviews cover this sectional across its leathers and colors, not only Charme Chocolat. We picked the reviews below to span early ownership to eight years of use; they include three long-term wear complaints, though most written reviews give five stars.

Room×Lab rating: 7.4 out of 10 (medium confidence). Owners of this 100-inch right sectional, across its leathers, praise its comfort, color and proportions. Recurring cushion flattening, occasional leather scratching or wear over years, and owner reports of unavailable replacement cushions temper Article's 4.6-star average across 568 ratings.

  • Comfort is the main owner draw: 197 favorable mentions; 50 concerns — Many owners found it comfortable for sitting and lounging. Concerns include firmness at first, weak back support, and cushions that softened, sagged or shifted after break-in. Counts are mentions in the 416 written reviews of this sectional across its leathers and colors, not every rating.
  • Leather looks rich but readily records use: 163 favorable mentions; 39 concerns — Owners commonly praised the color and appearance. Concerns included unexpected tones, scratches (one owner found it scratched easily under pets), fading, stains and blemishes. Article says this full-aniline leather varies naturally in color and texture and develops wrinkles, creases and a slouchy look with use.
  • Long-term durability is uneven: 60 favorable mentions; 39 concerns — Positive reports include eight years with two dogs, with added cushion fiber and leather conditioning. Recurring concerns are cushion compression, shape loss, leather wear and tearing: one cushion failed after about three years, leather tore after five years of heavy use, and one area wore through after nearly six.

Before buying

Measure for the 67-inch chaise depth. Plan to refill cushions and condition the leather; a cushion failed and leather tore or wore through after three to six years, past the one-year warranty. Ask Article about replacement cushions; some owners found none.
