Owners of the 92-inch sofa praise comfort and looks; some report lumpy or flattened cushions and leather that marks

Room×Lab read all 96 distinct written reviews on Article's Cigar pages, dated September 2018 through July 2026. They span every Cigar size and color, earlier sofas, one sofa-and-loveseat order and one sectional with connection problems; ninety-four are marked not incentivized, and 107 of Article's 135 Cigar ratings are five stars. The six owner accounts below were all posted on the 92-inch Rawhide Tan sofa listing; those giving a time frame cover two weeks to four years of use. Three are five-star reviews and three are critical, covering the comfort, cushion and leather themes that recur across the reviews. Many reviews describe earlier versions, so ask Article whether today's sofa is built the same way.

Room×Lab rating: 6.7 out of 10 (limited confidence). Owners of the 92-inch Rawhide Tan sofa praise its comfort and looks; their complaints describe lumpy or flattened cushions and leather that absorbs liquid or scratches. Sagging and uneven cushions recur across all Cigar pieces. The score rests on owner reviews, not hands-on testing.

  • Cushion shape deserves scrutiny: 1 favorable and 8 critical mentions in 96 reviews — Across Cigar pieces, critical reports describe lumpy, indented or sagging cushions, from two weeks into use to one and four years in; some give no time frame, and one concerns a sectional rather than a sofa. The favorable account describes seats that keep their shape when occupied.
  • Easy cleaning and visible marking both appear: 3 favorable and 4 critical mentions in 96 reviews — Some owners say the leather cleans easily or holds up with dogs; others report fast liquid absorption, stains, scratches or other marks. These accounts span different Cigar upholstery, so ask Article how today's Rawhide Tan leather handles spills and scratches.
  • Low back and arms suit different postures unevenly: 3 favorable and 2 critical mentions in 96 reviews — Some owners like where the arms sit or the support while resting; others find the back support or room to recline inadequate. These reports span the collection, including one multiple-piece purchase.

Before buying

Choose the 92-inch Cigar for its comfort and looks if you can accept owner reports of lumpy or flattened cushions and leather that marks. Ask Article how its warranty covers lost cushion support, and test the 15-inch seat height and 27-inch seat depth.
