Room×Lab Review · Review updated August 28, 2026

Forest Green owners praise the color and roomy, streamlined shape; across all Burrard versions, pilling and flattening cushions are the main caution

Room×Lab read all 183 distinct written reviews Article shows on this listing, from October 2016 through August 2026 and at every star level. Article shows reviews of other Burrard colors, orientations and earlier versions alongside this Forest Green left sectional, so the counts here cover Burrard sectionals in general; reviews written on the Forest Green left sectional itself are labelled. Where owners below say how long they had used it, the period runs from about ten weeks to about eighteen months. We picked Forest Green owners' praise and complaints first, then two reviews shown across all Burrard colors that describe the recurring pilling and flattened cushions.

Room×Lab rating: 7.3 out of 10 (medium confidence). Forest Green owners praise the color, capacity and comfort, and Burrard owners across colors and versions favor its firm, roomy seat. Recurring reports of pilling, sometimes within months, and flattening cushions hold the score back. The score draws on reviews of all Burrard colors, orientations and earlier versions.

  • Firm, lounge-friendly comfort: 83 favorable mentions; 20 concerns — Owners often liked the firm, deep seat for lounging; concerns centered on firmness, body fit, too little back support, and comfort declining as cushions sagged. A Forest Green owner wanted deeper seating and more cushioning. Counts cover the 183 written reviews across Burrard versions, not every star rating.
  • Mixed fabric and cushion durability: 26 favorable mentions; 27 concerns — Praise is mostly early sturdy-fabric impressions. Concerns cover pilling, flattened or misshapen cushions, seams and early visual aging: pilling within about ten weeks for one owner and five months for a Forest Green owner, and back pillows flat by about eighteen months for another. Broken supports are isolated. Counts span Burrard versions.
  • Spacious without excessive visual bulk: 36 favorable mentions; 12 concerns — Owners generally liked the seating capacity and the streamlined look for its size. Concerns were the low seat and the depth, which suit taller and shorter people differently. Counts cover the written reviews across Burrard versions.

Before buying

Buy it for a roomy, firm, low-backed sit if you accept recurring pilling, sometimes within months, flattening cushions and a one-year warranty. Order a swatch, compare the 18-inch seat height and 24-inch seat depth with your sofa, and ask about spare parts.
