Large White 26-in owners praise its sculptural look with tall trees; across the family, its scale and some flawed deliveries surprise buyers

About 100 come from owners of the Large White 26-in; the rest cover Dark Grey, Light Grey, Sand, Small White and a few Bronze Textured planters in 20-in and 26-in sizes. Reviews run April 2022 to September 2026. Most are short early impressions praising the look and scale, often with olive, fig or Christmas trees; a few describe months to years of use or winters outdoors. The reviews below show three Large White owners and a three-year Dark Grey account, then two of the rare 1-star complaints.

The caveats: the 26-in is too big for some buyers, few owners report winters outdoors while Crate & Barrel says to protect it from freezing, and some units in several colours arrived cracked or marked.

Before buying

Choose the white 26-in if your root ball fits its 13.4-in opening, your space suits a 26-in sphere and you can protect it from freezing. Keep the wrap on until it is in place (one owner found the white marks easily) and check for damage on arrival.
