Place in the Sun

An airy Scandinavian dining room with a honey-wood gathering place set beside a broad window, softened by sand-coloured texture and touches of cream upholstery. Warm-white mineral plaster leads the walls; a pale pink plaster window return catches the sun. Simple tapered silhouettes and approachable high-street character create an inviting everyday room. Familiar residential proportions, uncluttered surfaces and generous daylight give the photography a believable, quietly lived-in feel.
